- Benefit Rapid Knockdown Action: Stops pests from feeding within minutes of application. This immediate "lock-jaw" effect prevents viral transmission and yield loss. 🛡️ Unique Group 4C Chemistry: Works where others fail. It kills pests that have developed resistance to Neonicotinoids and Organophosphates. ⏳ Long-Lasting Residual Control: Provides protection for 14 to 21 days, reducing the need for frequent re-spraying and saving labor costs. 🌧️ Excellent Rainfastness: Becomes rain-safe within 2 hours of drying. Perfect for use during monsoon or unpredictable weather. 🌿 Green Chemistry (Eco-Friendly): Safe for beneficial insects like Ladybird beetles and predatory mites, supporting natural pest control.
- Contain Sulfoxaflor 11.7% SC
- Dosage How It Works: Mode of Action Spadin works through a unique double-action mechanism that targets the insect's nervous system differently than other poisons. Systemic & Translaminar Movement: Upon spraying, Spadin penetrates the leaf surface (Translaminar) and travels upwards through the plant stem (Systemic). This kills pests hiding under leaves or inside curled buds where sprays usually miss. Target Site Binding: The active ingredient binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) in the insect's nervous system. Hyperexcitation & Death: It causes continuous firing of nerve impulses. The insect suffers from tremors, paralysis, stops feeding immediately, and dies shortly after.Timing: Apply when you first see the pest (Economic Threshold Level). For Wheat, spray when you see 5-10 aphids per tiller. Mixing: Fill the tank with half the required water, add the dose of Spadin, mix well, and then fill the rest. Do not mix with highly alkaline chemicals like Bordeaux mixture. Coverage: Ensure the spray covers the underside of leaves where aphids and thrips hide. Safety: Always wear PPE (gloves, mask, goggles). Wash hands thoroughly after use.
